I'm looking for "vBulletin Mod Developer" the plug-in for mod developer that are in the forums dedicated to plug-in.
Do you know where i can find it?

Can you try to explain a bit better, I don't quite understand what it is you are looking for.

You'll notice that in the forum dedicated to the mod released by users, those who open a thread, the thread itself has a special structure where it says "Marked as installed" where you can download the mods etc. and where the mods you've posted are automatically placed in the user's profile. You know the plug-in that recreates this situation?
