How to add Multiple Thread Prefixes?

I want to know how can I add multiple thread prefixes option?

Like

<Domain For Sale> <Page Rank> DOMAIN NAME

Here: Domain For Sale and Page Rank are two different Prefix

Please help me.

Not possible w/o major restructuring. I think no one ever thought it worth the effort.

I have a very specific application that need the user to select 3 options along with their post. For example:

Band - Mode - Level - Thread name

Band, Mode and level need to be select options.

Any idea how I could do it?
