Less sub-forums in display?

How do I show less sub-forums on the main forum index?
Used to be in Admin>Settings>Options>Forum Listing Display Options. Don't see anything there anymore. Would like to have less subforums (none with a dropdown option would be ideal) shown in the main forum listing index.
