Help with Navbar

Hi everyone,

First of all I'm not a developer, so be gentle :)

My website, www.no-offence.org, has a box on the homepage in the ad_global_below_navbar section (bright yellow).

Any ideas on how to make that 2 boxes side by side please?

May need step by step if possible, thank you in advance.
