skin like simple idea

Hi,

Anybody know some skins like Simplea Idea? http://www.purevb.com/vbulletin-skins/10

I mean with that "welcome" message, to attract visitors by such large messages, but to be more colorful, fuller life. I like that theme, but I have teenagers users and it seems a little bleak. I want something more welcoming.
