I need a toplist that is similar to http://www.rune-server.org/toplist/

Features

Add/Edit Server
-Name
-Revision(Game revision #)
-Host
-Website URL
-Link banner directly to website(Sponsor only)
-Short description(Shows on toplist main page)
-Long description
-Vote for Server every X Hours
