Installing VB

Folks I've been trying for a number of hours now to install vb but in seems to stop installing @ 82% , 92% 78% etc is there something wrong my end, ive also been refreshing and re up load all files but still the same result ...

Your help would be appreciated

Is it fresh Installation or upgrade?

Just restart the install no need to reupload the files each time
