Duplicate text mod, search against SEs

Have anyone already came with a vBuleltin Mod to discover duplicate posts against Google or other search engine? Dont wish to spend money for copyscape.com or similar paid services.

Like take three sentences and if match SE results from one site, mark post for approval.
