database problem
Hello,
I have upgrade my vb 4.1.1 to 4.2.2 and my old data is not atteched on my new forum. |
Makes no sense what you have just said if you have a error try posting it
If I understand it correctly, after the update there is nothing on the site. This person PM'd me and I told them to restore their backup.
I understand hope they get it fixed
Same here, I hope they did a backup, I never seen the site not have anything after a upgrade.
I hope they did a backup too. I think I am going to urge users to do a site backup before they attempt any modification in my signature. Just seems they need to be reminded.
You can beat most people with a stick, and they still will not do a backup before they upgrade their site, or install a mod. :)
Might of been better to suggest first a rebuild of his counters.
Yeah I know, but the post is vague, don't know if they have acp access, or that has nothing either. :)
