I sure this is a question that more people will care, between vB5 and vB4, which is better for SEO?

and why you choose that? please show any reasons?

Vb 5 may have its problems but I do believe they have the mod rewrite sorted out, so much so that they have pretty much put vbseo out of bussiness although that process started with vb 4's mod rewrite which is also pretty good (once you find the .htaccess file)
