Also, how will I know if I have errors, do I need to turn something on? Thx

Better not rush into upgrading as lots of people have reported problems.

It should be in your customer area, select the option, More Download Options (Use this to access earlier versions of vB and also Alpha/Beta versions if available)

99% of the errors are mod related, and should be easily fixed.

Dont see it. In the members area of vbulletin.com?

Which download version? I don't see a patch in the pull down list?

ozzy47 10-10-2013 12:17 AM

4.2.1 Patch Level 1 is the last patch level

Or if you want to upgrade, make sure the option, Download Latest Version 4.2.2 is ticked

So is this going to overwrite my existing board if I do the upgrade, as in I lose my custom template colors, pics, background, etc?

meaters 10-10-2013 12:20 AM

Yes

pityocamptes 10-10-2013 12:20 AM

...and if not, what do I do after I download the entire package? Thx

I believe the question was in regards to the patch, not the upgrade. Upgrading is not required when just using the patch.
I am sticking with the patch for now. :)
