Thread Title (or Thread Prefix) in First Post?

All I could find was a vB3.X mod/edit for this (it doesn't work for vB4). There was nothing in vB4.X that I saw.

I need to have the thread title (or just the thread prefix, actually) inserted into the first post of each thread. Example: the word '#nutrition' in the pic below is a thread prefix. I need that in the first post. But the entire thread title would be fine, too.

To be clear, I need the prefix as shown in the picture below - which is the 'Title (Rich Text)'.
