Hello Guys,

When I open my forum i just get a blank white page, It was fine till afternoon but after that whenever i try to open my forum i just get a blank page

I have tried disabling addons aswell still nothing happening.....

Any idea whats happening??

You did not give us much to go on so my reply unfortunately will be limited. Try to remember what you were working on last -- usually, there lies a clue.

If you have access to your php logs, look there. Most likely you have a PHP error or you added a "BOM" by editing your "config.php" file with an improper editor.

last day this problem is happen before this site is hacked and when the site is back every day a new problem is occurred. we restore the previous backup but nothing happen.
In this time we re uploaded new files of vbulletin and upgrade the site but nothing happen.
Only admincp link open when we enter username and password blank page shown same as main page... so we have no access in admincp....
we disabled addon using config.php file but nothing happen.... when this issued happen we do not done anything on site. site is working perfectly last day and suddenly got blank page......so please someone help us..........what is the matter...... we are using 4.2.1 version of vbulletin.........if anyone more information please tell us........thanks

My guess is that you still have not cleaned out the hack, otherwise your backup should have worked. Give it another go and good luck! :)
