How to change forum.php to /Forums/
 
I want to rename my forum.php to show as www.site.com/Forums/ and I want www.site.com to be the content portal, so not to just redirect to content.php, but actually be like as index.php

Although I would like to give you a great answer thus welcoming you to vbulletin.org. The truth is this an is advanced subject and depending on your skill set you might be better off leaving it alone for the time being until you get the feel of vBulletin: Maybe you have tons of experience with vBulletin... Ignore this then.

Most of what your looking for can be done, but it does require you to do the experimenting on your own server, until you get it the way you want it.

For a beginner with vBulletin URL rewrites can be tricky, there are always caveats.
