Does the "News Module" Have A Last Post Option?
 

I'd like to create a separate page to act as a 'featured threads' page with certain threads that I choose to feature, however I only want the last post of the original poster to show. So, 15 people could've replied, but the last one that shows up on the 'news' module is the last e made. Take it as a blog of sorts, but easy to maintain. Or can I choose a specific post from the thread to be featured, that way the original poster user can reply to certain posts without it taking away the 'featured' aspect of that point in the build.

Hope that makes sense, if there isn't anything available can someone explain to me how it can work and what I need to do? Thank you in advance.
