Professional Design
 

Hello,

I'm already owner of a VB4 license, but i'd like to purchase a VB5 license for another domain too.
Before i do i'd like to get in touch with a professional designer/coder to create a custom skin for my forums, but after a 3 day search still no luck finding a proper designer.
How come this is so damn hard?

I'm willing to spent a $1000,- or so, for a proper design, well coded, seo friendly & implemented.
Design must include the logo, homepage, blogs, forums, whatsnew, optional pages & postbit.

Any tips?
