Upgrading to 4.2.1

Hi guys,

Im currently running 4.2.0 Patch Level 1 and i want to upgrade to 4.2.1.

Can i test it first on a VPS located on my pc and then if i've no issues upgrade it on my running forum ?

Just asking this beacause i've setup'd on my VPS and now i need to insert the Customer Number, do not know if vbulletin will let me upgrade twice to 4.2.1
