Database turkish character error

Hello
i have database 300mb i took it at 2008 , i want to install vbulletin forum again but there is a tukish character issue, i think my database damaged , how can i fix it ?
how can i change damaged character in installed database ?

Database open with notepad

ı = xFD
etc.
