Mod to hide low quality/spam/reported post

Hello, is there any mod which will allow users to rate posts and those with low rating will get its content hidden, only like title, header of the post shown?

I have forum where is alot invaluable posts so im thinking how to eliminate their negative inpact (maybe also for search engines)... :eek:
