I have a small problem. Do you guys know how to remove from here:

Private Messages and New Posts - How to remove? And who is responsible for this template?

You can disable those in the Navigation Manager by clicking on the Forum Tab, un tick the boxes for the ones you want removed, then scroll down and click Save.
