What happened to tachy goes to coventry in VB4?
 
It's not there anymore - is it available under a different name, or is there a mod that replicates the function?

It is under user banning options, it is called Global Ignore now.

What's happened to 'global ignore' doesn't appear in my copy of vB4 ... and we sorely need it !
