Instead of asking for help, fix this and that. How to do this or that?

I decided to be encoder. I wanna fix the problems of my own forums by myself without messing up anything. Upgrading and stuff.

Where to start first to be an encoder? To be expert in vBulletin.

I used to biatch around GFXers for avatars\signatures and then I decided one day to learn GFX by myself.

So now I'm here to learn instead of asking for help and waste my time and others' times.
