Does anyone recognize this quote rotator? Tried to contact the site that's using it but no response...

If you are talking about the Testimonials, that is something they coded just for their site.

That is just some simple jquery they wrote it is not a mod. You could duplicate it's function very easily or if that is too difficult use a simple slider that handles text overlays.
