Modified WP theme for my vB site
 

Hello all,

Recently I bought 2 templates for one of my WP sites and I liked them so much that after the designer's permission I mimicked one of them for my vB4 site. By the way, first time I seen someone to have 5.000+ sales in less than 4 months. But the template is really fantastic.

What's your opinion for my own version? I've heavily modified many stylevars, also added a simple plugin to display the current date on the top-left side.

I think it would help if you also showed the WP theme you were trying to mimic. Personally I think that it looks like the standard vB4 skin too much. The forumbits and sidebar need a lot of work.

Maybe I used wrong wording. I'm didn't tried to mimic the interface but the color combination. As for the interface. First of all I haven't finished yet. But again what I want to change globally is the "blockhead" in listings. I need the sidebar that's why I'm using BOP5's addon to show it in more places.

Quite pleasant on the eyes. I don't see anything that blinks, flashes, or has auto play audio so, initially there were NO red flags.

Please. do let us see the final product.

Never used such things. I want the visitor to focus on content and not on banners. In person I do have problem to read webpages when my eye is loosing focus from the main content due to flashes etc.

Maybe one more look to main page? I new style for Activity stream even if, except the design, I've also modified the code.

Has to be the most beautiful vb style I've seen! Of course you know I'm going to ask if it is something you plan on sharing? Or, will it be offered for sale?

Nothing is for sale there. Everything is 100% Free without Lite and Pro version and without Copyright links in page footer (but of course I'm keeping the code copyrights).
Yes, I'll release it in my site tomorrow. I need to add some settings which currently are hand coding (eg the amount of threads and the amount of posts per thread).

PS: To avoid misunderstandings. What I'll release tomorrow is the activity stream addon. I haven't finished yet the site's template.
