my web not showing in google webmastertool say u r website dns problem but my dns is working fine what i do ?

Have you got the address set properly in google?, if you click the url for your site in google can you access your site? if you can then google is misreporting, anyway you need to talk to your host or registrar to check your nameservers...etc
