need help to remove mysql hack

there is such a problem
2 forums
VB 3.8.7 patch 3 + vbseo
system password on admincp
FTP / ssh disabled
phpmyadmin not
long passwords

----- what hack do
in the footer add $ GLOBALS [footer_advertisement]
in the header - $ GLOBALS [forcehh]

then in issue ads or links

how to resolve a problem?

The best thing to do is use your database backup from just before this happened.
