VM Issue

I am sorry if this is the wrong section.

I am having several members coming to me and stating that they are having issues receiving VMs from other members, even when their settings state that they allow VMs from anyone. Even though they have the default setting for this, it is behaving like they have their settings on to allow only friends and staff to VM them.

Any guidance on what could be causing this and steps I can take to fix this issue for them?

Are they being Moderated? Are you sue their settings are correct - have you logged into their account and checked?

No, none of the users are being moderated and I checked each of their user groups to see if the settings were off, but nothing was shown to be out of order. I then logged into their accounts to see if they actually had their settings the way they described which they all did.
