For some reason there's something wrong and he doesn't receive my PMs.

Are you getting an error when you try to PM them or they simply don't respond?

I got this PM from him:

So I responded 3 times over the week both PM and mail and didn't get any response. It was smooth communication before this, we had a deal and I was ready to pay him.

This guy had no intention of ignoring me and I have no reason to assume he is now. He had the mod ready and I just needed to pay him to get it.

What's strange is he recently changed his username? I need the mod asap now, if he doesn't respond I have to hire another coder.

Thanks for the info. I will PM Mint Julep and see if it gets through. Unfortunately the user has specified he does not wish to receive emails from vBulletin.org so I cannot email him.

No his account still exists. He's just not responding to me for some reason and admin/mods are protecting him. All very weird. I have to find a new coder while he already created what I needed.

I removed the name until I gathered more information because we do not allow disputes to spill over into the forums.

Once I gathered this was not a dispute but an earnest attempt to communicate I posted the name back myself and also sent a PM myself.

I also have received no response.

I dont see anything more we can do where, we have no magic power to contact members.

If someone chooses not to respond, thats entirely up to them. Closing.
