Make Admin and mods exempt from thread prefix

I set it to mandatory for certain forums but want admins and mods to be exempt from the rule. how do i set this up?

Open the Thread Prefix Manager and click Edit Permissions for each prefix. Uncheck each Usergroup you don't want to have to use it.
