How to set image height/width dimensions for smilies?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to optimize my forums loading time and one of the things that are suggested is to specify the dimensions on all images.

Where in the code can I specify height and width dimensions for the smilies that I have uploaded? I'm using vB 4.2.1.
