Looking For A Registration Form For An Upcoming Event,

I'm looking for a way to have users fill out a form, attach pictures to the form, and submit the form - all from my website. I have been on one other site that has done this (http://register.hondaday.com/). Once you submit what's necessary on their site, you receive a confirmation email with a specific 'order #'. It's not called an order number, but it gets the point across. It sends you a unique number based on your submitted form. Whether I have to create a page or even a mod for a specific thread or forum that I create, whatever it is. I'm not sure what to call this or how to categorize it.

Thanks in advance!

Look for a mod called easy forms by banana live, you set up the form and a specific forum for the threads (yep it creates threads) and they then have the threadid as theyre unique number, they can find it in their threads or subscriptions...etc

Awesome, thanks Simon. My only concern is the privacy of it. I can't have other members viewing other submitted threads, only the other moderators (staff). Is that a part of it? Or is it implementable?

Sure, you do it in the vbulletin permissions for the forum that they are posting to, you set it so that users cannot see others posts, so they only get to see their own, you then set admins....etc to be able to do everything in that forum.

Simon, thank you very much. I hope this helps others like it helped me!
