How to change the color and add effects in sticky threads in vbulletin 4 (image)

I have vbulletin 4.2 and I already changes the color and added the (shadow) effects
of one of my skins .. Now I forgot how to do that .. I used to go to other vbulletin forums
they helped me a lot but the 2 forums are down now ...

I need to change the color and add the shadow effects of my sticky threads like this in the images ...

any help ... i think it is a modification of ciss ??
