Impex Problem Need help

I installed and uploaded all files as instruction.
When I opening import one blank white page coming nothing happening.
After restarting browser I again start Impex and tell put your customer number.
After putting customer number when I click submit again the white blank page comming.
Please help me to solve the problem. Thank you.
