Modification request for DownloadsII

is there a mod to set permissions to only allow admins to upload content via downloadsII?:)

Set your usergroup permissions, there's a grouping in each Usergroup (Usergroup Manager) for "DownloadsII Permissions"

There is on my version at least :)
