Guest Home Page Looks.. Off.

I'm having an issue with the way all Guest see the forum and it's the same across all styles.

Really hoping someone can help me fix it and that it's some random style change somewhere that will fix everything. Attachments are what it looks like to regular members and the other to guest.

Any help? :(
