Quote notifications

Can anybody recommend a mod to give notifications on quotes?
I know somewhere there is one, I have used it but now it doesn't work...
Also, it is still installed and enabled but it is not a link. Why is that?

If you upgraded to vB 5, none of your old mods will work.

So far as I know, there's isn't a mod for quote notification for vB 5.
