Need a image gallery mod, read the post to find out what this is about.
 
I need one that I can set so that only admins can upload images but that members can download using a download option.

basically I want to be able to upload psp and ps3 themes that only I'm allowed to upload but that I can allow users to be able to download the themes.=)
