Hidden user group
 
How do i make a whole usergroup hidden? or at least a user.
I want to make a user account just that sends automatic messages like the one poeple receive when they first register for the forum.

I don't want anyone to be able to check this account's profile either just want them to see they got a message from this account.

really? can't simply make a group unsearchable and hidden?
