You are currently showing up as unlicensed

Just got a vBulletin license from the official site (vbulletin.com), have 2 users.
1 user from vbulletin.com/forum. With one email,
and 1 user here vbulletin.org. With same email, and i still get this message:

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download modifications and/or participate in our community. You will need to prove that you have a valid vBulletin license. To do this, go to vBulletin.com Member Support. Upon entering the support area, enter and/or verify your "Contact Email Address". For further information, please read our "Showing Up As Unlicensed?".

To protect our customers privacy you will need to Opt-In license validation for all Support Sites. You need to authorise vBulletin.org from the vBulletin.com Members' Area in order to validate your license status. You can do this at Priority Forum Support. Make sure to set the permission to allow vBulletin.org to validate your status.
Why?
Im already activated all email i got from vBulletin :(

Your order is currently in review.
Until it is approved, you dont have any valid licences.
Once that happens, and your licence is allocated, the system will update you within the next hour.

Ok thanks.
Can you tell me please if my license will be for lifetime or not?
I'm afraid about if my vBulletin 5 license will be with expiry time for vBulletin 4.

The license is lifetime, it's just the support on the members area lasts for a short time for vb5. On the forums it forever

vBulletin 5 licenses never expire. You will always be able to run vBulletin 5.x or 4.x or 3.x.
