Hi,

I guess this feature is built in vbulletin 4 but I am not able find where to disable / enable or modify it.

Please help.

If you want to change the text, in your ACP goto:
Languages & Phrases --> Search in phrases --> search for:

Hello $username,

We at $vboptions[bbtitle] would like to wish you a happy birthday today!

Then you can alter the text.
I couldn't find an other way eighter.

Pretty sure there is no on off switch for this function. You'd have to disable the cron for it I think.
