Trojan Horse in ftp files

There are some trojan horses in the ftp files.

How can I remove it or better:

It is possible to clean the ftp folders and make a clean restart? How can I do this.

If its a new install then yes just deleting all files and reinstalling them will work but it means installing the forums again. But if not then you will need to find the file or files that do not belong there taking into account all custom files you have also uploaded.
