Deploy the custom vBulletin pages and templates
 
We are going to re design the vBulletin Forums pages / templates based on our page design / style. I would like to know, how we can deploy the following changes in our UAT and Production environments. So that, we can plan our deployment effort in advance and minimize the risks while deploying our changes.

* New Php Pages.
* New Templates.
* New CSS files.
* Changes in the existing CSS.
