Search ID doesn't change !

I moved my website to another server. Now, I have strange problem

For example, if I click (New post)

Code:

http://www.domain.com/forum/search.php?do=getnew&contenttype=vBForum_Post

Then I will be redirected to this link

Code:

http://www.domain.com/forum/search.php?searchid=1828741

After 6 hours, if I click (New post) again I redirected to the same link (same search ID>>same results)

Code:

http://www.domain.com/forum/search.php?searchid=1828741

I should get new search ID/new results every time I click (New posts) but this is not happened.

What do you thinks? Is it server issue or?
