Blog in subdomian... Remove blog.php?

I want the blog of my site to be on blog.mustangfanatic.com. Well I finally got it working but it's showing http://blog.mustangfanatic.com/blog.php and I can't figure out how to remove the blog.php from the end... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
