Tag Cloud Below Navbar
 
Exactly as the title says i would like the tag cloud when enabled to stretch across the top of the forumhome, I know you can put it in a sideblock on the forum home, i just would like it to be above the welcome message and below the navbar.
Any help is greatly appreciated
