Post Icons

My post icons aren't showing on the forum index or the thread index in vbulletin 4.2.1.

What size do the post icons have to be? Can it be changed? Are gifs or png ok?

Do the names have to be icon1 etc?

When reading a thread, the icons show in each post.

Posticons are enabled in Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > Edit Forum > Enable/Disable Features

Permissions are allowed for all usergroups.

UPDATE: needed to change the path for the images. :o
