Removing excess whitespace
 

How do I reduce the excess whitespace between my 728x90 banner ad and navbar?

Thanks for replying. I found the solution was to reduce the table height from 120 to 95. That did the trick.

But, I have a similar problem but slightly different.

Logged in members of my forum will see a banner at the top of the page that says: "Help Access World Forums by becoming a Supporting Member. Click Here for paid membership options." It is shown below the normal advertising banner. Above and below that banner is too much white space.

You have <br> above it and two below it.

Remove the one from the top and one from the bottom:
