Error loading main page.
 
Hi,
There is an error many board users are facing but its strange that when i try the site work fine.
Basically the error is when anyone open the site it shows only white page,below is the screenshot

Its decreasing traffic of the site we need help

Blank pages can be caused by numerous things, one simple change to display the possible error on the pages is to enable "display_errors" in php.ini

If you can produce the blank page, the users can report it.

You can also view your error_log on the server to track this issue.

If display_errors doesnt show any other info, you would need ot check you server logs.

I would also verfiy its not a product issue and globally disable your products via config.php

Add this on the 2nd line of your config.php

Its simple brother,In forum www version (www.domain.com) is showing white page only for few people.
And its working fine without www (domain.com)
I don't know what exactly the problem is,We recently moved forum from www.domain.com to www.domain.com/forum but then again moved forum to www.domain.com

have you put in a support ticket yet might be best if you did as you have a lot of problems there that need fixed only way to do that is get someone to login to ftp and cpanel
