I have an issue with my Vbulletin. Im very new to Vbulletin so please don’t give me too much of a hard time if it’s a very obvious problem.
When writing or replying to posts on my forum users can change the size, colour, or insert emotions.
Any time a user tries to do this it just shows what looks like to me as VB code (no idea really).

I paid someone to fix this and they did. However, two days later and its back again.
The person that fixed it made a brief comment in their email.

"When you create new page, please don't insert <!DOCTYPE.....>
also just insert content code".

Does this make any sense to anyone?
What do I need to do to fix it again?
Is it just a user selection on the posting options?

Solved, feel dumb now.

WYSIWYG was not enabled for new users. SO any user I created to test it was disabled.
