CMS Article Author = Thread Starter?? This makes no sense
 

When promoting an article, postauthor (username) and poststarter (user id) both become the thread starter, even if the promoted post is a REPLY, not the original thread.

For example, Bob starts a new thread. Mary makes a great reply. I "promote" Mary's" post, and for some reason Bob (with Bob's user id) are listed as the author.

How can I change this to make sure the author is the member whose post I actually promoted?
